Need the best webcam software

I was looking on the internet,but i actually dont know where to search,i am not expert in it..the thing i need is webcam software,ahich aloud me to make clips and photos with my webcam by myself...need your advises...thanx!

i think the best is logitech it also includes the software for it it all about lightings...can you give me some idea because i want make show also because my friends requesting me make some site for them they are willing to do show...

I would advise you to try http://www.tucows.com Its like a search engine for software. They also break it down into sections as well. Also, they have reviews, and users can rate the products they like. Check it out :)
