In Ephesians 6, the bible speaks about the Armor of God. In verse 20, Paul said: (NKJV) "....for I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak." I've learned that we are all ambassadors for the Lord. We are daily in representation of the King of Kings. In Matt. 5:16 it says 'Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.' So, as a representative of the King of Kings, I would like to know from other believers, as an "Ambassador of the King of Kings", what do you feel is Right Representation, and what limitations do you think we have, if you feel we have any?

I believe that when Paul said he was an ambassador in chains, he was talking about being bounded in the ways of being christlike. Living a Christian life, to me, means being an example of Christ to everyone especially our very own brothers and sisters in Christ.
The only reason why I say that is because most Christians supposedly know how to live a Christ like life and when they see another brother or sister in Christ do something that they shouldn't do, the first thing some of us would do is judge them right off hand. Not thinking that we ourselves just commited a sin by judging them. I know that there are some Christians out there that did it at least once or twice.
The bible speaks alot about being that example of Christ. I like the verse mentioned about letting our light shine before men that they may glorify God. That is also talking about testifying as well.
Amen, good question to point out to our mylotters.

Hi Newbie! I appreciate your effort in posting discussions. you have to type the full word rather than their short forms. Make discussions such that everyone are able to respond to it. Don't post discussion where only specific group can respond. Respond to discussions started by others too. I think this will help you in your earning:)

Welcome to Mylot and thanks for your fantastic question!! We should live good holy lives both because that makes us a good witnesses and because it is the best life. GOD told us how to live because HE loves us and knows that if we live the way HE told us to live we will have true happiness!!!
