Is your a Chihuahua a big baby?

MINE IS! okay I have a 4 and a half month old chihuahua named Oscar. I bought him when he was almost 3 months old and from the first day he became instantly attached to me. When I leave the bedroom he crys, even if someone else is in the room with me. If my boyfriend "his daddy" leaves the room he couldn't careless. It's become a huge problem because I have two bigger dogs so I don't like him to roam around the hosue unattented too much therefor when I'm goin to the kitchen I leave him in the room. He can't stand it he cries like someones killing him. Plus, when I try to go out I put him in his little soft kennel and he cries and freaks out until I get home. I end up taking him with me, which is cute I admit, but I can't go to a lot of places. I don't know how to make him tougher. I want him to be okay on his own, anyone have any suggestions? thanks, felicia
