I can speculate all day long about what might be causing it. Anything from iron deficient anemia to hypothyroidism. It doesn't matter what I think, it matters what your doctor thinks. Go get it checked out. When treated, you might find that energy you've been looking for.Good luck. walk around get some blood flowing through your veins you should think about exercise ... well ... it it depends on your age, your health (lbs) and how many hours you work. But I would say picking up an activity would definetly help.

As a college student I have bought it occasionally for if I had an overwhelming amount of stuff to do. The high is somewhat enjoyable, but is not that great. Taking it just makes me want to do my homework and do it the best I can. It also makes me want to clean or do other productive things. The crash is terrible though.

I have had a bad adderall addiction in the past. It just makes everything fall into place, so long as you have a good long supply. The crash is horrible. To me it's effects are like that of Ecstasy, but it's much cheaper and easier to come by, so for me that's why I used it.
