what was your wedding day like?

was it what you expected? did you have a traditional wedding or did you get married by the justice of the peace?

It was definately not what I expected. I was trying to elope because my father didn't want me to get married. I only wanted my sister and my husband's bestfriend there with the justice of the peace. Instead I wound up with about 20 of his friends showing up. But it was still an amazing day.

my hubby and i had no money for a traditional wedding so we used the justice of the peace just my sis and her little boy were there and it really did not go exactly right the morning of the day i had to go to the ER due to full out pink eye you can see in the pic of us my pink eye too but i was ok with it he loved me and wanted to get married despite the pink eye so i just smile when i think about it some day we hope to renew our vows with a small wedding

Oh no, pink eye! You worry about getting pimples on important days like that lol! My husband and I also plan to renew our vows one day with a nice party. We used to say 5 years, but I think we'll wait until 10 years. It's been 2 1/2 years already and it feels like it's flown by!

I had a traditional wedding with more than 1000 invitees and that was like a dream come true... I enjoyed that day even though it was very very very hot! That is how i always wanted to get married and i have accomplished it with the help of my parents and close ones!
The most memorable day of my life and it was as i expected and plan it...
