At home, we recycle aluminum cans, paper, glass and plastic. At the end of the month, we will sell them off to a man who collects these items and he will then sell them to recycling centre. Whatever cash we received, we will buy ice-cream for the kids.

I did some recycling but in an indirect way. Instead of selling the items to the collector, I give them to my relatives who are more in need of the money. In this way, this becomes a blessing in disguise for them. Besides, I get to rid of items not wanted yet too sorry to throw them away.
