Who's staying, who's going?

I was so excited to see the finale of Grey's Anatomy but what just happened? Who is staying and who is going? Is Grey going to completely start over with the new "Lexi Grey"?

I had a feeling of disapointment in the scene where George is leaving and the new group of interns are coming in. It was as though I felt like George's storyline was being exchanged for new storylines. And I'm not bored with the drama of the original cast yet!

I'm willing to bet that self-centered, only child Meredith won't take happily to having a baby sister underfoot.
George's character has nowhere to go. To become any kind of dr., he has to do an intern year and pass the test. T.R.Knight's gone, anyway.
I hope Meredith and Izzy both grow the heck up! They are really starting to annoy me.
ALex may have done a very noble and moral thing, but he's still a jerk!

I posted something similar as a reply in another post, but I wouldn't be very disappointed if the 'Grey' in 'Grey's Anatomy' was changed to focus on her half sister instead of Meredith. Either that, or having the writers make her a bit less irritating!
I just read somewhere that the actor who plays Burke is planning on being back next season. Weather he will be asked back or not, that's another question. I'm just really, really hoping that George stays!
