The best moment of the day...

I love when I go into my baby boy's room and he's already awake playing with his ocean wonders toy on his crib and he is 'talking' to himself. He sees me and his whole face just lights up and I feel like the whole world is amazing.
I'd love to hear about other moms moments like that. You know, like when your child smiles at you and your heart just melts, or when they giggle over little things like blowing raspberries and tickle-fests...

My youngest is 2 and He has a few things that he does now that melts my heart. My favorites are when he says "love ya", and when he comes up to me wraps his arms around me and gives me a kiss.

That's so sweet! I don't get kisses yet, I just get big open mouthed drool smears across my cheek and a big grin to go with it!

I know what you mean. I love it when I go in my daughter's room in the morning and she is just smiling playing with her feet trying to eat them and the minute she sees me she just starts smiling so big with eyes so wide open. It's the greatest to know you are what makes them happy evey morning when the first wake up.

I am a soon to be mom. I am on my 35 weeks of pregnancy so I can't wait to have that kind of experience of yours now with your baby. I can't wait to see my baby smiling and giggling. I could relate to what your feeling now even if I still did not meet personally my little angel. Enjoy every moment of your motherhood.

I know exactly what you mean. Our little one is now 2 and I have so many wonderful memories of when he was a baby and doing all that stuff and now that he's older, he's doing even more stuff that just melts my heart every time. My favourite is when he tells me he loves me :)
