OMG I found my wedding band!

Ok for those of you who read the post saying that I had the worst day ever. So hubby deployed... before he left he got me a new ring and had it engraved. It was so sweet. But as I was outside talking to someone... she just up and left... lied to me and then just showed up at me house... I was talking about my hubby and for some reason soemthing told me to look down... and there it was. I was so happy I just picked it up and stared at if for the longest time. I felt a weird feeling come over me and at that point in time nothing else mattered....

It is amazing how much the things in our lives that represent our husbands mean to us while they are gone, and especially something as significant as your wedding band. I cannot imagine how you must have felt losing it, but to find it had to be an amazing high. Even little things that didn't seem important before become overwhelmingly sentimental while they are gone.
I have my husband's cell phone and its so funny because my phone ring doesn't make the dog bark, but his does. And everytime it rings, I have to run out of the room to answer it just so I can hear. And then my friend told me I should just change the ring on his phone and I was like, "NOOOO!" And then I realized that everytime I hear that phone ring, its like part of him. That may sound silly to some, but when someone you love is gone so far away and you can't get to them...you will take every little thing you can get!
