how would u select if u have 4 job offers to choose from with the same payscale?

it is really difficult to choose from job offers from 4 places offering about the same payscale.but the jobs are of different nature....

Good Job, Congratulation. Well, first you should list your priorities.
1) Career prospect
2) Distance of travelling from home to office, vice versa
3) Size of the organization
4) Role and Responsibilities
5) Any advancement in education provide
From there, you may choose the desire one.

I'd probably choose the one that i'd be most comfortable with. The one that can best utilize my skills & knowledge.
