Should the drinking age be lowered to 21?

At 18 you are legally considered an adult. You can get married, go to war, smoke, drive without a legalized curfew, enter clubs, etc. On the downside, people who are around the age of 18 can be immature at times (not everyone, but a good amount). What do you think should be done?
