do you like chinese tea?

Tea is caffeine free however I do add sugar but if I wanted to I could add a no calorie sweeter but I don't, I use sugar. The kind of coffee I drink is half and half meaning half the caffeine than normal. It use to be that I had to stop drinking coffee or anything with caffeine at 8:30 so I could go to bed at 11. Now I'm so use to the caffeine that it doesn't bother me anymore and I can drink it up to when I go to bed. As for tea or soda, I always always buy the caffeine free.

I like Chinese tea! I like the taste of Jazmine tea. The one that comes from teh yellow cannish jar.

I drink all types of Tea.Twinnings, Darjeeling,Black Chinese Tea with the Brand name of "Gunpowder" This tea is very strong. At night,before bed, I drink Cammomile, for its soothing effect and in the afternoon, I like the red tea which is made from Hibiscus flowers. I drink this red tea in a glass so that I not only enjoy it's flavor (with sugar) and its deep red color also. I do not mind to pay a bit more for these teas.I discovered Hibiscus tea while traveling in Greece and Egypt. In these countries shop owners are very likely to set before you a welcome glass of Tea. You will find that a nice cup of tea is better and cheaper than a Coca Cola, And the effect of drinking a good tea lasts much longer.
