Actually, i asked this question before already, but i got none responses, so i think since i joined this food discussion...
Maybe some can give me some advice or guidance on how to make a nice yummylicious chicken bake rice...
I tried more then thrice...
But failed all the time...
Both me and my bf likes it, so i was thinking if i can get hold of the recipe and the steps to bake it nicely and correctly...
It will be such a surprise for him...
The first time i tried, the taste is terribly aweful, the second time, it got better but still nice and the same goes for the third time so i rather skip the details....
Will be more then happy if any kind souls can help me out with this...
Thanks for even bothering to read....

I have several really simple recipes but you didn't say what kind of baked rice recipe that you wanted. I am assuming that you want some kind of casserole dish so I am going to share this one with you. If I am wrong just let me know and I will try to find one that you are looking for.
EASY CHICKEN AND RICE ITALIAN
1 frying chicken, cut up
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 c. rice
Parmesan cheese
Oregano
Lay rice, uncooked, in bottom of baking pan, size 9x13. Put chicken parts on top of rice. Cover with mixture of soup and water. Sprinkle oregano and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, covered with foil. Remove foil and bake additional 15 to 30 minutes. Serves 4.

That is a recipe that I have made at home. I am not sure where I got it from actually. I read several magazines and cooking websites so I just collect recipes. Here's a creamy-rich rice dish.
Creamy Rice & Mushroom Bake
Here's a creamy-rich side dish to take to your next gathering.
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 cups (about 8 ounces) mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs
1 can (12-ounce) can NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Lowfat Milk
3 teaspoons dried parsley flakes or 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 cups cooked rice
PREHEAT oven to 350º F.
MELT butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onion; cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes or until mushrooms are soft. Beat cream cheese and eggs in large mixer bowl until creamy. Mix in evaporated milk, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir in rice and mushroom mixture. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
BAKE for 35 to 40 minutes or until set and light brown around edges.

I am not that good of a cook so I figure if I am able to cook this then you will be able to make it as well. Its not that hard really. Just remove the skin from your chicken pieces. Take a skillet and brown the chicken on med-high heat in a little bit of butter. This will help seal in the juices. Take a nine by thirteen inch baking pan an mix in one and a half cups of rice, one can cream of chicken soup, one can of cream of celery soup, and three fourths cup of water. Mix well and place browned chicken on top of the mixture. Cover and bake the dish at three hundred and fifty degrees for one hour.
