If you were given the chance to go back in your past?

I agree with you Joice! I don't wanna live my life all over again. I'm happy with who i am right now. I may have things or decisions to change in the past but what's done is done and there is nothing we can do about it. It's inevitable to commit mistakes and wrong decisions for us humans because we are far from God's perfection but we can ask from Him to lead us to do what is right.Right? God bless you.

if possilbe, i think i will cherish this chance. why? because i will try my best to better things that i haven't done better before, and retaste the successful things i have reached. but it's just the assumption, right? i should be more objective. the failure and success of my past reminds me to do better in my future life....:)

well if did got dat chance i wld have surely accept dat n wld left my earlir mistakes undone! i wish i could have got the chance!

There are many things in my life that I would love to change, decisions I have made that proved to be wrong, people I have trusted only to find myself being hurt and choices that I have made that should have been given more thought. Would I do it again, I don't know.

Hello.joice,if i had the chance to go back to the past,i would like to go back to the life when iwas studyign high school,i did not have any pressure at that time and my life was so free,i did not need to worry about anything. And may be if i studied harder,my life would have been better now.:)

This is a good topic.As a person i had a very ggod past with no real hardships to face.I had a carefree childhood with lots of love.till now i cherish my past but you are right in saying that i will not want to live it agin.The time which is gone is gone.I think everyone should look at the future now.I will not go into my past & relive it .Thats sure.

I'd DEFINITELY go back to my past. I'd even go back to certain times in my life to undo the messups of my life. I want to go back in time to undo some things I regret.

For years there was one specific moment that I wanted to go back to, to change my actions in hopes of changing everything that happened after that moment. Not that the time before that was good, but that moment is what I consider the worst thing to happen to me. *thinks hard* I've gotten over that now. My life sucked. I'll admit it. Everything up until the moment I left my family and the place where I grew up behind was pretty horrific. I try to find happy memories there, and once in a while I'll scrape one up. Still, I think I could count them without straining myself very hard, which isn't true of the bad things. I wouldn't go back there now. As much as it might be nice to have grown up loved and safe, there are things in my life that have taught me to go out of my way to help others in bad situations. So I can't give that up now. And the things that I have in my life now are so beautiful and wonderful and precious that I wouldn't leave them for anything, even to change the past.

There are so many things that I would change if I were to live my life over again, but no, I don't want to live my life over. I have been through many, many trials and have learned so much but I wouldn't want to go through them again. I have had so many happy memories but that is just what I want to keep them are precious memories.

yeah of course!! the're are many things that i wnat to change in the past...the things that i want to renew and to fulfill things that i hav'nt fulfilled before! i just want to change it,all the wrong things that i have done!

I will also not go back to my past. I am not happy for my past years with loads of homework and lots of classes to take in. And actually i really hate the education system in our country. Students in our country must take very difficult exams to get in a better school so our poor students here spend most of time reading some impractical texts and meomorizing useless things everyday with only little time to play or have a fun with the peer.I am not still studying but i am an adult now having lots of free time to surffing the net or doing things I like to do.But the past horrible study schedule still have a negative effects on me to the extent that sometimes i really hate learning knowledge.

I would have liked to start over, knowing what I know now, and change the things I did wrong. But then again, I would never have met my husband and never had two beautiful children. I don't think I could ever do that. Rather take what I have and work on a better future, using what I went through in the past to teach me to overcome hardships and deal with life's good and bad.

if i were given a chance to go back to my past i would try to mend all the mistakes i have done and do good to all whome i might have hurt unknowingly..

there is no bad and good past , past is past ,belive me bad is too be there than only we really recognise or value the good past , if there is no salt in the food it won't biuld up the taste and you can't always rely upon sweet food

Well, I can look back at my past and see quite a few things which I wish I had or hadn't done, but I love what I have now. I also believe that things happen for a reason, and if I changed just one little thing, I wouldn't have the life, or beautiful wife and son that I have now!

If I will given a chance to go back maybe I will change my life but saying that it doesn't mean I regret my life now. I just want to try if I finished my studies before maybe now I have a succesful job and have great life now.

There is only one event in my past that I would like to re-do. It was my party during my 18th birthday. Although it was a nice celebration, I made a bad decision regarding my 18 roses, especially my last dance. I should have just made my father as my last dance because I did not have a special someone yet during that time. I chose someone who I thought I really liked but I realized that I did not have feelings for him after the dance. I ended up telling him that we can only be friends. I would have preferred not celebrating my 18th birthday.

I like who I am at this moment:) So if there was a chance for me to live again,I would choose to be the same person in the same family,with the same friends aroud me!But,I have some regrets too.There are so many "I should have dones" to make my life much easier.However,it makes no point to regret on something that has happened in the past,what we should do is looking ahead of our life and make the future worth.That's my opinion.:)
