can any body explain how to become a verified paypal member from india

hai guys i am from india
To lift the withdraw limits in paypal by becomming a verified paypal member. To become a veified paypal member you need a credit or debit card. it;s fine and good.
But the problem is which bank credit/debit card is accepted by paypal. i try HDFC,ICICI international gold debit card both of them are rejected
can any one help me

Write a mail to paypal about this and get things done. First try to check whether you are entering correct three digit code at the back side of your card. I think HDFCs card should have no problem. Try to check whether its an international credit card, go to your bank branch and ask official about the details of card you have, check the FAQs of paypal - they help a lot.

I have used a credit card and it worked. I think your using a debit card number could be a problem. Try using a credit card number.
