Young women are just beginning to get the same amount of salary compensation as young men. Older women, those over 60, can hardly find a job online or off that will pay any compensation. There are a lot of older women, that are working service jobs, because they need the salary to pay bills, rent, taxes on property, and to keep the wolf from the door. Lots of them should not be on their feet, due to age related problems. Someday it may be you who is in this dillema, any answers?!
