well paypal is not avilable in my country but i have a account of paypal and i have a cousin in qatar and paypal works in qatar if i give my account password sould he get my money from there please tell me?if you have idea?

Your cousine may cash money from paypal account if his bank account name and paypal account name is same then paypal issue check to account on that name. But the charge to encash may be high in Quatar so check it first if problem it is better you keep the money with mylot and take when reach more than $50.
