how reliable this company is ?

I have today received free prospectus from STAR INFORMATICS, MAPUCA-GOA for easy earning by doing MAIL ORDER BUSINESS. They say that it is very simple and one can earn upto Rs.20000/- per month. However, they wanted payment of Rs.340/- towards cost of manuals etc in which guidelines are given for starting the work. Can anybody tell me the reliability of this company because many such companies are coming enticing people with a minimum registration charges.
