I like to work in a conducive working area where all staff can get along well. When a company has a bad system, it will do no good for the company reputation and also for the staff. If there is a better opportunity, just take it. If you are ambitious and financially stable, I think it is a good idea to pursue higher education.

Getting more education can't hurt. You can always look for another job, while you're working at the one you have building experience. It's hard to find a decent job around here too, but I imagine it's worse in China. My daughter has a degree, and a job she hates, so she has been putting in applications to find something better, and has plans to go for her masters degree next fall.
