Baby Throwing up

My oldest did this....they said it was a gas-reflux problem that pushes the milk throught the nose.....samr as if we drink pop and burp out the nose.....my daughters went away on it's own.....hopefully your sisters baby's will too

I personally have had it come out my nose before and other than discomfort it didn't cause any lasting problems. My daughter has spit up a few times and it has come out her nose. Your throat and nose are all connected so it's not abnormal for that to happen. However if she is throwing up regularly then it could signal a more serious problem and you should contact her pediatrician about it.
