Which do you prefer Explorer or Firefox?

I used to prefer using Explorer, We have dial up and it seemed that it took forever for Firefox to open up a window. I liked using the tabs and opening all my windows even though at times it went a little slow.
Yesterday IE started having issues and needed to close every window that you opened. Restarting the computer usually took care of this problem before. But it is just frustrating having to wait and restart just to be able to check your mail.
I started using Firefox a lot last night and found that even though it is a bit slower opening, I like it a lot better! Esp with me being dyslexic. I love that I now have a spell check lol.
Which do you prefer and why? Is there a reason you like it better? Do you find it more stable or easier to use?

Firefox sure is better than IE7.
Firefox is safer than IE and it was the first one to introduce tabbed browsing which was lately introduced in IE7.
It has cool extensions like adblock, dejaclik, grease monkey etc.

One of the things I have noticed with firefox is that if I have more than one tab open it times out a lot before I can get to the site or page I am trying to get to. I think it has a lot to do with me being on dial up. I am prolly not going to be happy till I can get high speed lol.

Its Firefox for sure.
Even though Firefox loads a bit later, but its more stable than Explorer. Its most likable feature is it has so many add-ons that can be installed. Its themes are superb.
And its loading criteria is much better than Explorer. The features of it is much more easier than Explorer.
So the Firefox is much stable than Explorer.
Have a nice day.

I prefer firefox hands down. The reason is cleaner interface, great tabs, and not so sluggish as ie is. I also love the extensions that firefox have.

I used to think that way too, plus I am one of those type of people "stick to what you know" my fiance uses firefox on occasion, and now that explorer is having its issues, I decided to really start using it and I like it better so far. we'll see how it goes though!
