I do believe in love at first sight. Though it takes more than that to continue a relationship. My story is there was this new guy at work, we'll call him Steve, so for whatever reason I had to go to the security office, and there was steve filling out some paperwork, already wearing his saftey glasses (not sure why) and looking pretty dorky, he was not the best looking guy, shorter and pudgier than I normally like but there was something about him that I couldn't keep my eyes off of. Anyway I fininshed doing what I was doing and left, Steve and I ended up becoming very close friends, though we never had an intimate relationship because he was a co-worker and I don't think its a good idea, under other circumstances I think we would have been a great couple. I have lost touch with Steve in the last few years and miss him.

Dont you think you just admire him? What happen to him now? Do you consider him as your love at first sight? Do you think he feels the same way too towards you?

I believe he felt the same way too. We talked about dating and neither one of us wanted a relationship while working together. From what I have seen those relationships can go south in a bad way and sometimes very quickly. I would rather have his friendship than nothing at all. I am not sure what happened to him, I haven;t seen him in a few years, eventually we drifted apart. I hope he is doing well and I will always care about him.

I don't think there's a couple who fell in love because they just saw each other. I think it will start at attraction first upon they saw each other. It's like attraction at first site. Then that attraction will go deeper and become love. I guess people misinterpret love at the moment they lay eyes on the one they love. It is a bit hard to explain but I made my point in this discussion that I don't believe on love at first sight.

I don't believe in love at first sight. I believe more in 'lust at first sight' which can lead into love! I think it's impossible to actually LOVE someone immediately because something like that takes time and effort!

Like everyone else, I also don't believe in it. I think it's much more about attraction, or even passion, than about love. I don't think you can go out in the morning and come back home with new beloved ones at night. :D

I think love grows as days goes by and will never just sprout put of nothing..
