Of course you will read from first page. But what I'm talking about is do you read the last page first to see the end, or do you ever read the prologue or synopsis first before read the book ? Or maybe you are type of person who loves to jump from page to page first then return to first page ?

I read a prologue if it is the start of the book rather than a summary. I hate to read the synopsis on the back cover. I read it through from the beginning. It would be a waste to read the last page. These days it probably would not actually be the last part of the story anyway. Sometimes a book has two threads going at once and I miss a chunk of one thread because I can't wait to find out what is happening in the other.

I basically read books on management and surely take a look at the contents and the glossary before i begin to go through the book. As i read the book i jot down important things which are intended to be conveyed in the book for future reference.

Oh, yes, i browse the pages and hurry to see the end. And if the book sounds interesting, i began to read it from the begging. Usually i am fast reader.

I never skip to the end of a book, nor do I start to read the book before I decide whether I'm going to read the whole book or not. Once I start reading a book I am determined to read the whole book. I will read the synopsis on the inside or back cover, but sometimes just the author alone will draw me to a book.

It depends on what story I'm reading. I always begin with the first page. There are some books that will really hooked you up from the first page. Its like I can't wait to know the ending. Other times, the story is boring and I will skip some few pages and see if the book is still worth my time to read.

I always read the prologue before starting to read any book and sometimes if i am very desperate to know the ending of a particukar book i jump to the last page to see what happens in the end.But it spoils the thrill of the story. So i mostly resist the urge to read the endings

I always read books from the first page. No matter how attractive it is, I will not read the end. I can be patient. If I know the ending earlier, then this book will not be interesting to me any more.
