what is the best way to feel relaxed?

When ever im under pressure , or i feel stressed , i just listen to some songs or read a book, or watch a movie , depending on my mood , but it does work, i feel great again . I personally never felt to smoke or drink to feel free of stress , yes sometimes i do take tea or coffee , but thats it . We need something to come out of our stress , strain , all day we are running for making money , meeting targets , trying to make our lives better. But doing so we often feel the pressure , we need some sort of break , to come out of it. Some people have a tea break , some take a walk on grass with shoes off. Its just about getting out of that stress and getting down to business again as early as possible. But some people have to smoke , if they come across a problem they cant go ahead without a smoke. WHAT EVER THE STRESS OR STRAIN I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW YOU PEOPLE DEAL WITH IT.

When I am all stressed out i turn the music up high and just listen to it. If there is somebody home then i go for a drive and blast the music. If all else fails a hot bath and a good book while i am in the bath usually does it. Then I am relaxed and can also sleep.
