And don't refuse a breath test. In some states I believe that is arrestable. If it is his first offense, tell him to plead guilty, be humble and apologetic, and provide some circumstance for his losing his license to be an unbearable burden. He will probably get some punishment, but hopefully the judge will be in a good mood and let him keep his license.

Tell him not to drink & drive...he won't get into trouble that way!

don't know your state either, but in pennsylvania.........automatic one ( 1 ) year suspension.

Well I dont know about missouri but if you refuse to a breath test in alabama your license are suspended for 90 days. or one year if you have it is your second or more dui's
