belsoy dessert pudding question

this is for anyone who is familiar with soy products, and possibly who have tried the soy puddings by belsoy. i just realized i have some expired puddings and i don't know if i should toss them out, or risk eating them anyway. they expired in september 2006....most pudding type desserts are still edible after their due date, but because these are made with soy, i'm wondering if they actually DO "go bad". if i ate them now would i get violently ill, or would the pudding just taste less fresh?thanx if you can help!
