Just when you think things couldn't be better, someone or something from your past rears its ugly or pretty head. Has this ever happened to you? As I am only young I have not experienced this yet, so have you any tips to make sure this does not happen to me, apart from moving to outer Mongolia when I get older what are your ways of dealing with it. Deny everything or tell the truth? I look forward to your responses.

Has my past ever caught up with me? Are you kidding? I'm married. I have been married for 35 years. What does that have to do with it? When you are married, you do not worry about when your past will catch up with you. Married people worry about how many times their past will catch up and pass them as they go around and around the circular race track that is marriage. My most embarassing moments of my marriage have lapped me now more times than I can count.

Married for 35 years, wow, that is great! I think you should do a lap of honour on your race track;P Thanks for the advice.

This has never happened to me, but it almost happened to my fiance a couple of times. The thing to do is not to let it get to you, not to give these people the satisfaction of getting you down. Just let it go right over your head. Tell them you don't have time for their crap, and then ignore them.
