Yes 2 times for bad checks. Very dumb. I had forgotten all about them. It was horrable. Now I just use the debit card. I will never write a check again.

Did you get your checking account supsended for that? I have written a few bad checks-most recently my rent check bounced and I am in the process of being evicted for it.

I just closed it out. I dont ever want to mess with a checking account again. My Husband gives me his debit card to use. My name is not even on the account.

Yes I went to prison. I went to prison for running a bookmaking operation. We would take bets on sports and horse racing. I Was arrested by the fbi and went to milan fed prison in michigan. I did 6 months and 5 months house arrest. It is nice a good place and I will never go back there again.

I have not but thought it would be very interesting to see how the law treats people and for what circumstances such action was taken!

No.Do you consider being arrested causes a permanent bad mark.A person arrested is not automatically stigmatized.Every person accused of an offence is presumed to be innocent unless and until proved guilty by the prosecution. There are a lot of instances in which people get falsely implicated in a crime but ultimately they r set free when proven not guilty. So arrest is only a matter of procedure.
