I don't think its bad neither i feel its good to india or US. outsourcing is a activity which is mutually beneficial. May be losing jobs on one side is bad, at the same time getting things done at much lower cost is beneficial. I feel its always good to US when they outsource to india and when the jobs were lost, they need to concentrate on their employes who lost jobs, has to be shifted to other departments groom them with adequate training to face further challenges so as to improve the business. Outsourcing is good to america only when their companies are improving their respective business to compete in the global market.

dayanandahs is right. Companies need to concentrate on improving other sectors. Outsourcing would lessen their burden and responsibility. Besides cost reduction also add up to it.....Outsourcing is good for America. But When political changes takes place, we can't tell how it would alter the business dealing. Like the US nuke deal with India etc etc.....

it is benificial to both the country as Indian's are giving the better quality. And US can benifit in the terms of price saving.

Actually outsourcing has started to get much profit for the companies who were paying much to employees in their country which were resulting in less profit.When they are outsourcing to developing countries like india here labour is cheap here so they are getting huge profit.Its too good for them.
