Why not have the friend notifier automatically set? Do you have all yours set?

I'm new to Mylot so I'm guilty of not setting the friend notifier to notify. If they are your friends they should have that perk. After all why do you have them as friends? So I think that the notifier should already be set to notify when you have excepted them as friends. I will now set all my friends to notify right now.
