What drives you to succeed? Is it the money, pride, or are you doing it for a particular someone or someones? For me, my parents drive me to succeed. My father grew up from a poor family in the Phillipines as a farmer. His work ethic as a hard worker continues today as he works 12 hours shifts. My mother also grew up in the Phillipines in Manila, she works overtime as a nurse today. They both very hard to help pay my tuition and I know they want me to succeed. I just want to make them proud, so that's what motivates me to succeed.

I am driven to succeed by the thoughts of my daughters. I want them to have everything they want or need in life. I also want them to develop good work habits so they learn how they can achieve success as well. In order to do this I need to be a good model of success for them. It is not always easy however I am afraid. cheers,

My motivation is having my dream come true and then continuing until I am successful at it. I always wanted to be a writer. I am now the author of two books. Congratulations to both your parents for inspiring you to be a success! http://totouchaheart.blogspot.com

For me, it is a two part answer. In work, it is definitely my students because the better teach I am, the better they will learn. That is so very important to me. As for my personal life, I want my family to be proud of me and of my choices so I try to work hard and make good ones.
