what is wasabi? I only know sushi is rice with avocado or carrots, wrapped in seaweed. I eat it when served with other seafood dish, so I don't eat by itself.

pickeled ginger all the way!! soya sauce is too salty and wasabi doesn't taste good.

i eat my sushi with wasabi. i prepare the dip with kikkoman soy sauce, lime and the best wasabi around. i love how it makes my nose and ears red as the wasabi's steam runs down my nose and ears. it is a major weakness of mine. i like to dip my sashimi and california maki in my wasabi dip. one of the best dish i will always love.

sometimes, I eat sushi with wasabi but I eat sushi more by itself. It's so yummy! well, it also depends on the kind of the sushi.

sushi is perfect with wasabi in soy sauce as dip and greatly with drops of lemon juice as well.

I eat sushi without dipping extra wasabi, but if the sushi chef has placed some wasabi between the topping and the rice, I won't scrape it off - but if there is too much on, then on the second one I eat, I will scrape it off

I usually have a little wasabi, but sometimes I take turns eating each piece with or without. Of course, sometimes there is wasabi hiding under the fish already! Too much makes my nose start running, but a little bit is always yummy.
