What is your favorite casino in Las Vegas?

I was pleasantly surprised by Planet Hollywood this last trip. The casinos have higher ceiling so it doesn't give you the cramp in feeling as in New York, New York. They have upbeat music in the background and dancing girls in the pit area, give you something to look at while you are playing.

Hello, PurpleParker. I, too, love to walk the strip, morning, noon, and night. What great people-watching! I enjoy most of the strip casinos but the one I really like is the Mandalay Bay casino. I love how it is so huge and wide open. It's very clean. I have never known it to smell like smoke, and that, I appreciate! The staff there are quite friendly and will help you find machines you are looking for. Plus, I love the coffee and bagel "shop" that is in the corner of the casino. I just love Vegas. MGM Grand was my fav. Not entirely sure why...it just had so many features I loved. You are right about one place just outdoing the bext. My hubby loved the Monte Carlo the best. Walking the strip is a great way to just get away from life. Nothing else seems to exist when you're there. It's so cool.
