What to do in Las Vegas with kids?

Occasionally when we go to Las Vegas, we go at the end of the week and have all of the kids with us for a couple of days before taking them to Pahrump to stay with grandma. We have done a lot of different things along the strip but now I am wondering what things are there to do in the rest of the city. The kids are 3, 8, 8, 11, and 14 years old.

Get a rental car and do a day trip to Lake Mead and Hoover Dam.

You have probably already done these, but the shark reef at Mandalay Bay and the conservatory at the Bellagio are great. Went out to Red Rock canyon and went horseback riding as well.
Now I want to go back to Vegas after talking about it, haha.
