does personality matters in looking for job

everytime one look for a job,its always been emphasized that one should have pleasing personlity.Is it really important to have pleasing personality or is it a plus factor to get the job.
what do think?

I agree with you,lovboop24.I have some classmates who can not find a suitable job for them,one important reason is the personality of them is so so,some of them are too selfish or too chinchy,haggle over every ounce.some of them are too lazy,drit along.some of them are dissocial.I think all of them should change their flaws.

I think is pretty important, maybe company need cooperative person to work in team, and personality is needed for know you in the outside first.
Work with big company is really needed them because you have to work with a lot of people with various personality.

Depending on the job I think you need a good personality Especially when you work with customers. It is part of being good at the job.

I think it is a good idea to have a plesant personality because you are working with people whether it's co-workers or customers you need to be able to get along with others. I think it's becoming more and more of a job requirement to a lot of employers. I think either way it's always a good thing to have a good personality and will only get you further in your career and not hinder you in any way.
