Just got paid for my first article submission to AC. It was sweeet....3.01$. Man, I'm rollin' now. I very excited because they say on their site that they could take up to 2 weeks to approve the article. But I submitted it and got the offer a few hours later!! :) Sweeeeetttt..hmm...I 'm gonna have to come up with other articles now.

What exactly is AC and what does it entail? Please let me know how I can sign up and what I would need to do. Thanks

Congratulations on selling your first article. It is always exciting to me to see my words in print. The next thing you need to work on (as do I) is getting more people to read your article. The offers for your articles will increase if you have good readership. Also pay attention to the special offers. That way you are usually guaranteed a better rate than a random article you submit. (Also you don't have to think anything up.) Right now they are looking for product comparisons and stuff on Rudy Giuliani.

I just joined AC and submitted my first article last nite. Nothing yet, so you're lucky to get yours approved that quickly. I've heard great things about AC so I hope it makes me a few bucks here and there. Congrats on your article.

Yea, seems to be pretty good. I had submittted mine in the middle of the day - so maybe that was the difference. Good luck with yours!

But, I think its only for US residents. I am an Indian. Is there any such site for all.

Congratulations! I have two myself there. You do get paid less for non-exclusive, but you should keep it non-exclusive, because you may want to submit it elsewhere :)

Congrats, Jack! Maybe you can stop banging your head on the floor for a while now. LOL! I'm really concerned for your well-being. anyway, You got paid about average for a first article. It's a great feeling, isn't it?

I doubt it - that's only 3 bux, but thanks for the well-wishes! :) I think I'm going to write haikus - I'm really good at them, and that's a lot less research than a whole article (although I'm sure it's probably a lot less pay). I don't think I'm going to do it exclusive though, so that I can keep it for myself.

that was weird. I just got an email that my haiku was rejected. I wonder why - it was free, no money, and they still rejected it. hmmm...maybe it's because they thought it was so good that it must have been plagiarized! ;) well, i might as well publish it somewhere. Here it is, it's called "Orange Tsunami" Actually, I'll just start a thread with it to get people's comments.

That is good news as I am thinking about signing up there myself! My writing skills are a little rusty but I'm sure they will come flooding back to me. Congratulations on your payment!

sorry I didn't realise that! I've allready signed up. It appears that I can submit content but will not get paid :( It says that only US citizens are eligible for paid submissions! Oh well never mind! It was worth a look.
