how to make good discussion?

i have some discussion but still empty of response. if you have suggestion how to make discussion that can reply from other member, please you can tell me. i wish can create good relationship from the discussion not only about the money. i hope like that, so if who want to help me please reply this post.

First of all u must have a very good and first hand information, then u should think from all the point of views and atlast take the best and cheapest path for ur journey. I hope that is all, any suggestions plz
