Are you interested in watching your shadows. Shadows comes only when there is light in the other side. It always fall opposite to light. Its shape become shorter and longer than the original object depending on the position of light. Have you watch your shadows? Any interesting thoughts about shadows?

Tonight I discovered, that casting your own shadow on yourself is possible.
My study lamp was on,and I sat down in front of my mirror. The light shown from behind me, but it shed some rays on the mirror. Then I was amazed, that when the light reflected on my face from the mirror, the part of my head covering the light cast a shadow on my on reflection in the mirror.

I don't necessarily watch my shadow. I do however watch shadows of objects, etc. I will lay on my bed and watch the shadows of the trees blowing gently in the breeze as I try to sleep. I like to watch the shadows of clouds passing above on the ground. When I was little, I used to sit on the couch at Christmas time and instead of looking at the lights on the tree, I watched the shadows that formed on the walls. It always made me relax.
