More men doing marketing

Every Friday is marketing day for me. I was at the wet market yesterday to stock up one week's supply of food. It is not surprising to see more and more men doing marketing there. They would push and fill their trolleys with fresh vegetables and meat bought from the stalls. While I was there, I even overheard two men complaining that prices had increased from last week.

that's a good trend i think. increasingly women are working and contributing signficantly to the family income. so household chores are best shared. then one person is not too exhausted.
it's great that men know the prices and stuff. then when women have to work overtime, they will be fully capable. there are some men in the previous generation who wouldn't have a clue what to do!
