MyLot.com - How does it pays? i am new

I'm only fairly new myself but from what i've worked out so far it's quite simple. The more you post the more you can make, you only get a few cents per post & you wont get a payout from myLot unless you have earnt a minimum of $10. You can find out when they're paying & if you have earnt enough by going in to the Earnings section at the top. I don't think there's a set amount per post but you don't get much for lousy, short responses. You also don't get much of anything if you are constantly starting discussions about nothing that get no responses to them. As far as i know about the referral thing, if someone joins up under you, then you get a certain amount depending on what they earn, if they earn $1 i think you get 25c but all you really need to do is go to the myLot link at the top & the Earning link at the top & do a bit of reading.
