Most of us working for making others Rich ! ! ! How about You?

You're right.At my company we all work very hard but we don't receive a bonus all the bonuses are going to our directors and those who own stocks.It's so not fair because we are doing the hard work and they are getting a lot of money. So they get big bonuses for almost doing nothing and stuff and we get less.I wish i could have my own business i would definately share the bonuses with my employees.

hi.my husband really hate working in a company.he wants to be his own boss.he has computer skill so he decided to start an online business also a free consultant.at first i didn't agree with it,i get used to work in a company and i felt secure with the insurance,fix salary p/month,etc.but i can't force my husband to do something that he doesn't enjoy.now his income is 10x more than my salary and he asked me to help him,so i quit from my old job.now i feel better because we both work from home and no more office stress and the good thing is we can be the boss of our own :))

Hello, skbadhan. To some extents, I agree with you. Most of us are doing jobs and making others rich but at the same time, we are also making ourselves rich not only in materials but also in many other aspects, such as making new friends, enrich our experiences, acquiring new knowledge from others. I think it maybe the dream of many people to have their own business and work for themselves. If I have enough money, I'd like to be my own boss. :)

I agree with you. And it really sucks. I wish we could make comission on everything. The more you sell the more you make kind of thing. It doesnt give much motivation to get things done if we have alot of hard work to do but only get paid minimum wage. If I could, Id be my own boss.

Indeed,it's an interactive program.We are working for each other to live comfortably and to be rich.So the key point is whether we enjoying our own job.We are just plain people,so we do not desire much much money,what we want just is a happy life.That is the most important thing in one's life.You can think like this that when you are working for others,there are lots of people are working for you at the same time.

hi friend by this time a im a student. i am doing my mbbs.after finishing i will open my own hospital in my own city i know for that i have to do a lots of struggle but i will go for my own. because there is no shortcut of success.

I am currently working for someone. Even I dont like working for others but I need a few years experience before i start out something on my own. No one likes being bossed over by others and so is natural that we would prefer to work for ourselves. You are lucky that you do so - but not all can be so lucky.

I am working for myself and trying to make myself rich. I am not in favor of working for someone else anymore. I have had enough of making others successful and filling their pockets because of my hard work. I am not having much success right now, but I will never give up doing what I like. I am very determined to succeed and provide my own riches based on the fruits of my labor. Good luck to you, you are on the right track by working for yourself.

I think this is the way it is. Some people walk and some people talk. There can't be only people walking or only people talking. To make a business of your own you need a lot of initial capital, a lot of guts, some vision about the future and some luck. if some of this fail the your business fail and I believe most of people are not willing to take this risk. And those who take the risk sometimes get what they invested.

that's the one big reason i hate working for other people-i know i'm making them more money than i'm getting.me,and everyone else that works there. i'm trying to get my own thing going so i can be independant.granted,you have to do a minimum wage type job to get capital,but it's worth a try. and things like mylot help also getting that capital.

That is 100% correct, but most of us are not blessed with enough money to pursue other options. It is very true that you can't make money without first spending money, and that leaves a lot of people unable to challenge their spectrum of talents.

I agree with you.......but everybody cannot become their own bosses.........Working under somebody is a torture and most of the people working because there is no other go...

if your saying that you don't like having bosses and making others rich yet they are a lot of scammers in my lot and i don't know who they are still i'm alert. you work here for money and personal enjoyment. still we are working under our own community with administrators. meaning with a boss around. we own this site by those people who sign up and making this site alive and kicking. i know our rights in this field of work. everything in this world is under someone. That is an inteeresting topic sk, you know a person is choosing his own life. Like you just said in here, you do not like to have a boss, you do not get along with this pattern of work, so you choose to be your own boss. The same goes to another choice: am i going to be the rich one, or am i to be the one that is making the rich person richer, i do believe that it is our choice. I did not say that it is an easy choice, and it surely would be hard to apply at first, but a person can achive that. I am working a part time job right now, and i am studying, i decided to stop what i did in life till now, and go and study the subject that i want to work in.
