Quality is main concern while buying things, because once you get good quality thing no matter how expensive it is,it is worth it you are not just wasting money you are actually using it.But price is also a important factor,if you need to save and gain sensible shopping experience you should look for price tag before getting stuff, but again if you are paying less and quality of the thing is not good you are wasting you money, you need to buy the same stuff again and again. So instead of doing that why don't buy good quality stuff in the first place.I usually look price tags when I am buying clothes or if I shop in any expensive store. It is actually a tactics of shopping that one should know.

I look at all aspects of the product while shopping. But I will never buy an inferior product just because it is cheap. And i wont buy something outrageously expensive which I dont like either. A balance has to be stuck between all.

Firstly, it will have to be a garment I'm attracted to visually, straight away. Then, I will examine the quality, and decide whether I think it will last me a little while, and then the price tag. Whether I've fallen in love with it or not, if I can't afford it, it has to go back on the rack. But, if the price is reasonable for the quality of the garment, I'll buy it.
Brightest Blessings.

Usually I'd take a look at the item first and see if I like it and if I'd look good in it. If I like it at first glance, then I'd look at the price tag. If it's too expensive then I'd just put it back.
If the price is ok, then I'd take a close look at the item and look at the overall quality of the item, the stitching and seams and material itself.
If all's ok, then I'd buy it! :)

The price is always my first consideration since I have limited money available to everything. I shop in the cheapest stores so I know the quality won't be great.

For me, i checked with the design first including the color if i find it attractive to me, then i'll check the price if i can afford to buy it. If the price is too expensive, i will not buy it instead look for other stuff which looks nice and affordable. I am quality and price concious.

I have to say I look at the price tag first. I also look at the quility. If the item is expensive, I have to decide if I really need and want the item, and how often I will use it.
