US is not doing enough to curb global warming?

many country is talking about global warming, but too little steps taken forward. US is the worst, too much talking too little effort carry out. Your comment please.

Because they know that there is nothing man can do to stop global warming. We are too insignificant in the world scale of things.
The sun is changing and causing global warming - there is nothing we can do about solar flares. We must just adjust as we have done in the past.
