This is only discussion or your life concerns. Please be cool and co-operate with your Boss. After all he is the medium God has used to sustain you.Pointing mistakes is better for you to consider and don't repeat. This I am telling you from my experience.

you can do one thing ...just irritate him to the core and smile when he shouts at you...say that y r u sweating sir??? weneva he shouts .. u can even be frank with him..n tell him all his follies ..max to max he'll dismiss u...but atleast u'l make him realise his fault... on second thoughts..some bosses r strict coz dey r really cruel...while sum shout coz dey want u to learn frm your mistakes...if possible tak it positively...n give him a better feedback... nevaz u can join this site for this small piece of advice** under me **... http://adbux.org/?r=prieya

Try to be precise, but if he is from theese bosses who are over dominating and rude, may be it`s better to look for better work. And of course, to insult you before all the others is complete lack of respect and good maniers!

I am not sure how long you have worked there, but if you are making mistakes then you need to find a better way to do your work, And one way is to have them pointed out to you. Now I do not agree with an employer cursing an employee, it shows a complete lack of respect, but he is paying you to do work with our mistakes, so a compromise must be made.

"Work smarter not harder" is the key in everything that you do. The operative word here is "always," which means your boss has an employee who may very well be an incompetent one. I'm suprised he has been tolerant of your inefficiencies. Many employers nowadays are not so lenient when it comes to sub-standard employees. In any line of work the ultimate concern is the "bottom line," if you keep that mind it will make you look at things at work a lot differently. The thing is if your not being part of the solution you are being the part of the problem. It is unprofessional the way your boss conducts himself in front of everybody (cursing and pin pointing your errors in front of the staff), can you blame him though? However, try not to look at his unprofessional conduct or seemingly intimidating behavior in a negative way for it will just defeat you in the game of emotional battle at work. Instead, make him eat his own words and make him look bad by allowing yourself to be the the highest producing employee in his arena. Make him feel that the office will not survive without you there on the floor. I will guarantee you that one day when you start producing and being efficient he will be apologetic and accomodating to you once you become the "top dog" in your office. He may even give you a promotion without you expecting it simply because he was wrong about you. The question then becomes how you transform yourself from being an unsatisfactory to an office "top dog"? It will take some proactive approach and hard work on your part. You will need to re-educate yourself on the mission and vision of your company and learn them by heart. You will need to do some research and start asking questions on office procudures and functions. You will need to recommit yourself in studying office manuals, instructions, and regulations. And lastly, learn the office politics. Many employees do not survive long in the companies they work for because the seem to neglect how important office politics are in their survival and carreers. You do not necessarily have to mingle yourself into the office politics, but knowing how the office politics plays in your department puts you in the advantage position. That goes without saying, you have to know the rules in order to break them. To try to be vindictive against your employer has a career ending consequences or even legal rumification if your not careful. Try not to burn your bridges and remember that your prospective employer, almost if not always, ask your last employer about how you were as an employee before you left them. This is your opportunity to rise and shine, so go ahead and prove to them how wrong they are about you.
