Since we know that the Devil and God are not friends, Do you think that if the Devil accepted Jesus as His Lord and Master. And God in all his mercy, have it in Him to forgive the Devil in Jesus' name? And will The Devil enter eternal life in heaven. As promised to all who believe and accept HIm.

If the Devil were a real person, then of course it would be true that he would be 'saved' but to suggest it is ridiculous. The Devil is the personification of evil and if 'he' were to accept Jesus and be forgiven, there could be no more evil and the definition of 'good' would disappear!
If you think of the Devil (or Lucifer) as a real person, how are you going to deal with the statement: "God is the creator of all things and loves all of his creation. Therefore God must have created the Devil and must also love him."?

It would not happen because Lucifer decided it for himself. When he rebelled (that's why he can't accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Master) against God, he loses everything good in him. He was once saved and in heaven, but due to his pride he lose that very grandeur grace from God-- he became the 'father of all lies' because God is God of all truth. God treats spiritual beings differently compared to man... and the verse you are saying in John 1:12 applies only to humans (and this exclude animals).
