I finally got Scraping my Knee Down on My Yamaha R1 I'm well Chuffed Any Advise?

After so much trying i finally get my knee down at 4:54Am this morning i was well chuffed Must of gone around that Roundabout Like 15 times was just wandering if there's anyone here that rides bikes,Gets there knee down or even more Stunt Advise?Thanks in Advance
