i used to cook the soup for myself, and i always add lots of vegetables in it, just as mushroom, carrot, cucumber, tomato and so on, it sounds ridiculous, but i really like this way of cooking and i think it's healthy, of course, i also good at cooking fish soup , and i'd add some bean curd or baboo shoot in it. Have you ever did this way, don't laugh at me, maybe nobody like to eat my soup , i'd just cook for myself:)

I love borsch soup the most but its difficult to buy. Its readily available in Hong Kong though and those cafes/restaurants serve very good borsch soup too. I like the campbell brand especially mushroom, borsch and vegetable flavor. I mean only canned soup not instant soups.

I like vegetable soups the best. I like a tomatoe/lentil soup a lot. I also enjoy a good broccoli and cauliflower soup - a creamy one. Tomatoe soup with egg is also good sometimes.

Ah, this is a tough question. Really, my favorite soup depends on my mood. If I want a refreshing, light breakfast, I love miso soup. If I'm starving and craving food, I go with ramen shrimp flavor. At the moment, though, I'm addicted to sour grass seaweed egg soup (yes, sounds odd, I know; I'm not sure how to translate its name into English coherently).
