maybe you could try Godiva's lip gloss. it has licorice which has effective properties in lightening the lip color. it is gentle enough to be even used on nipples and it has no artificial ingredients, all natural. i havent tried it though, i just read it in their pamphlet. :)

Generally I prescribed for my patient in that case to using 2 to 4 drops of Glycerin after moistening lips with saliva before sleep, specially at night. It also helps make cute soft lips.
At the same time I strongly advice my patient that do not go under sunlight or in hot temperature after using Glycerin because it will cause more blackness of lips.

You absolutely need lip moisturiser or lip balm with vit. E. It's like a therapy. Means your lips won't change color instantly, but you can notice after at least 6 months. Don't forget to apply it before you sleep at night. It's very important. Simple way, use it all day long as base of your lipstick. Good luck girl !

Try buying an exfoliating lip product, maybe a lip buffer, and also a lip blam that includes and ingredient like alpha-hydrox acid. What makes your lips pink is the skin being thin and bloos showing through. Also try to make sure you are getting enough water daily and that you are eating right and getting enough vitamins. Lacking any of those things can take the pinkness out of your lips. Also those new lip plumping glosses might help, they say the plump, but they don't really, they just increase blood flow giving your lips more color, and numb them a little causeing them to "feel" plumper.
