it is very easy to become a player mod, behave in runescape, don't get black marks (though people with one or 2 black marks still have the chance to be offered a mod post). be helpfull and always polite in game and on the forums and report all rulebreakers that you see.
jagex do not ever take any kind of submission for someone to become mods, or applications. just be a good player, and you never know, you might get noticed.

wow you are really deep into this game i read that and stuff but the way you say stuff it is like your a writer or going to write a book lol idk it just blends good together but still it is easy for a mod it is easyer if you have no black marks

no i am not a writer, but i have played runescape for almost 3 years, i have spent alot of time getting to know all that is in the rules and all the things jagex have on things like becomming a mod, i use and moderate an unoficial runescape fan forum and this has also helped me get to know more about the game in general.
