I Love Writing Poetry!

I would love to read some of your poetry, i dabble it would be refresshing to get an opinion and some constructive criticism, and i would be happy to offer you the same.

If you publish your work online anywhere, on myLot or anywhere else, they will not be eligible for contests or publication in magazines, etc. "Previously unpublished" work includes the internet. Once online it is considered published and can not be used when restricted to those guidelines. So be wary what you post. You can post work that has already won contests or been published or you can private message people with your poems. As for people stealing your work, once you have posted it online it is dated and copyrighted. People can copy it and you won't know about it though. It's only the ones you catch that you will need the proof for. I have posted a couple of poems online and soon regretted it because they were my best poems and I could not use them for contests.

I've never really been a big fan of poetry, but maybe you could change my mind? :-) Why don't you post some of your work here?
